ReplyDeleteBought Two flats in VTP Kharadi, I was informed to get the possession on 31st of July 2021. Possession got delayed understood due to covid then got information that it possession will be in Jan month. If possession not given in Jan month then i was liable to get Rent or interest . Now see that reply i got from the company representatives ..

Hi Team,
As per RERA and clause you get the extension that's fine you are asking us to pay more interest to the bank without possession and rents to homeowners.
Do you think we should be charged so much?
In Second wave, Your work was still and without any hesitation you say we are delaying the possession for a total 1 year from the mentioned date in contract.
And when you talk about clauses it means you guys are playing with customers. You don't deserve the trust from them.
In the second covid wave we lost family members , the first wave hit on the financial side and we are paying more int
erest to banks.
I don't want to listen to any shit now written in the clause, Please as a good builder or venture either provide us with rent or interest from Jan month or just don't ask for any payments till i get possessions .
I don't want to see any demand letter from you guys until I get possession for both of my flats if you are not paying me any rent or Interest from Jan month.
